Debit MasterMoney® Card

Today there's only one card you need to make purchases worldwide: the Monson Savings Bank MasterMoney® card. Now anywhere you see the Debit MasterCard, NYCE® symbol, you can use your Debit MasterMoney® card instead of cash, checks or credit cards - and it even replaces your ATM card. The funds are withdrawn from your Checking or Savings account, so you never need to worry about credit card interest or additional bank charges. Monson Savings Bank charges no fees for the use of its card for purchases or cash withdrawals.

Monson Savings Bank provides 24 hour ATM access located at:

• 100 Post Office Park, Wilbraham
• 6 Burt Lane, Wilbraham

 

Monson Saving Bank also has an ATM inside the Big Y on Boston Road in Wilbraham which is available during store hours.

For surcharge free ATM transactions when you are not at one of our ATM machines, look for any of the thousands of ATMs displaying the SUM™ logo.

SUM™ ATM Network

Monson Savings Bank is a member of the NYCE Network SUM™ program. SUM is a selective surcharge program designed to help consumers minimize the costs associated with using their ATM cards to make withdrawals. ATM owners that join the SUM Program agree to allow all other Program members' customers to use designated ATMs without paying a surcharge. Currently, there are approximately 2800 ATMs in 23 states particpating in the SUM network. Look for ATM's with the SUM logo on them, you will not be assessed a surcharge on your ATM transactions!

Telephone Banking

In just one call you can check on account balances, confirm direct deposits, verify whether checks have cleared, transfer funds between statement accounts, make loan payments, and check current rate information (updated weekly). U.S. Savings Bonds

Safe Deposit Boxes

Each of our locations offers Safe Deposit Boxes for the secure storage of your valuables and important documents. Box rental is for a period of one year and may be renewed indefinitely. Rental prices vary according to size. Please contact one of our customer service personnel for availability.

Stop Payment

Stop payments may be requested in person at one of our locations, through Online Banking, or over the phone to a customer service representative. All stop payments are effective for 14 calendar days and must be signed by the requestor to be effective for six months. The fee for processing a stop payment is $25.00.

E-Statement

Now you can get your statements online the moment they are ready instead of in the mail!

Very simply, e-Statements are your bank statements delivered to you in an electronic format. You can have the information the day it’s ready instead of waiting to get it in the mail, and that means one less envelope cluttering your mail pile too!
