Lines of Credit

We offer a 10 year draw period during which time you can access your line of credit up to your credit limit by simply writing a check. During the draw period, your payments will consist of interest only on the outstanding balance. After the draw period ends, we will amortize the outstanding balance so the entire balance will be paid in full in 15 years.

Equity Loans

Equity loans offer the security of a fixed rate and term, and the funds are disbursed all at once. Various repayment terms and rates are available. Consult the rate page for current rates and terms.
